The Qila Foundations Program
This program is perfect for starting your Qila journey, or anytime you need a reset.
Our foundations classes are designed to help you develop an understanding of how each movement should feel, explore variations that work best for you, and offer extra guidance around form.
It includes 16 classes, starting with 10 - 15 minute foundations classes, and builds into 30 minute classic classes. We recommend you do them in order. Follow our calendar, do one per day, or even stack two shorter classes together.
